Despair
How does a fairly confident, strong, sure of herself kind of person suddenly suffer from low self esteem?
Low self esteem - not in the terms of work - but in terms of self-worth, self-regard.
Nothing is making sense. I can't think of any reason for this behavior, which is even more frustrating!
